The status of the New, Even-More-Improved ACC, with seven of 15 members poached since 2003 from the mortally wounded Big East, certainly was on the mind of Duke’s Mike Krzyzewski this past weekend. “It makes us the most powerful basketball conference, I think, ever,” Krzyzewski said as his team prepared to face future league member Louisville in the Midwest Region final.
