Notre Dame's Mike Brey says ACC will be `best basketball conference ever'

Much of the talk surrounding the ACC has focused on football, which helps drive revenue in college athletics. However, the ACC's bolstered basketball lineup has the potential to add to the league's portfolio. Basketball will be a key piece of the puzzle when it comes to programming the ACC's new network, a channel that is likely still three to five years away from airing games.
