UVa, UNC meet in highly anticipated ACC baseball series

The Cavaliers and Tar Heels took different paths to get here. UVa was ranked in the top 25 in just one of the preseason polls and didn’t crack the top 10 until late March. UNC was the preseason No. 1 and held that position until dropping two of three at Georgia Tech last weekend. By the numbers, the comparisons are near-equal. (Charlottesville Daily Progress)
