James Moeser to serve as interim UNC School of the Arts chancellor

James Moeser, a former chancellor at UNC Chapel Hill, will become interim chancellor of UNC School of the Arts on Aug. 1. David Nelson, UNCSA’s provost, will serve as acting chancellor from July 1 until Moeser arrives. Chancellor John Mauceri announced in October that he would step down on June 30.
