College baseball statistician Boyd Nation ran the numbers, and as he saw it, FAU had a 0.9 percent chance to advance to the program's second super regional. FAU didn't beat those odds, or the Tar Heels Monday. No, Cody Stubb's walk-off single in the 13th inning lifted North Carolina to a 12-11 victory to claim the Chapel Hill Regional and advance the Tar Heels one step closer to the College World Series.
