Winston-Salem's Harry Giles makes U-16 national team

Giles’ father, Harry Giles II, played football and basketball at Winston-Salem State and said last month that Harry III has done a good job working hard on his game. Giles II played for the late Big House Gaines at WSSU and also played football for Coach Bill Hayes, who is WSSU's athletics director. “Harry realizes he has talent, but he’s very humble about it,” the elder Giles said.
