Tar Heels, Wolfpack will send their aces to the mound Sunday

UNC ace Kent Emanuel hopes he has figured out the cause of his recent struggles. N.C. State counterpart Carlos Rodon continues to pitch well, but the sophomore has only one postseason win to show for his efforts. Emanuel and Rodon are scheduled to start for their respective teams when the Tar Heels play the Wolfpack in an opening-round College World Series game Sunday at 3 p.m. (Fayetteville Observer)
