Jahlil Okafor, a 6-foot-10, 260-pound center, tops the 2014 pre-July top 100. Tyus Jones, Emmanuel Mudiay, Trey Lyles and Myles Turner close out Scout.com's top five. North Carolina commit Justin Jackson jumped from No. 10 to No. 7 with his tremendous spring. A natural wing scorer, Jackson has a terrific mid-range game and continues to make improvements to his overall scoring package.
