North Carolina: New coach inspiration to team

The football practice field at North Carolina is Butch Davis' classroom, and while X's and O's are dispensed at a rapid rate, the Tar Heels are being given some life lessons as well. Davis' buzz cut is about the only reminder that the first-year coach has had to battle for more than recruits. Diagnosed with cancer days before the start of his first spring practice, Davis hasn't missed a beat, or a practice. His energy level remains sky-high, and his outlook on the future of UNC football is even higher. (Savannah Morning News)
