Killer of Michael Jordan's father challenges blood evidence in trial

The man serving a life sentence in prison for the shooting death of basketball star Michael Jordan's father is challenging blood evidence used at his trial, according to a discovery motion filed in District Court last week. Daniel Green, who has insisted that he didn't kill James Jordan in July 1993, is pointing to a 2010 independent audit of the State Bureau of Investigation's crime lab to help him clear his name.
