And this is the offseason for Roy Williams. In Tahoe, Nev., on Thursday night, the North Carolina basketball coach who grew up in Asheville drove to Reno and caught an 8:40 p.m. flight to Las Vegas. He then flew from Vegas to Charlotte, arrived at 6:30 a.m. and had an 8 a.m. flight to Asheville. (Asheville Citizen-Times)
