Roy Williams offers 2015 SG Luke Kennard
Posted Jul 30, 2013
Luke Kennard becomes the third recruit of the day in UNC's 2015 basketball recruiting class to receive a scholarship offer from Roy Williams, according to multiple reports. Kennard's offer comes on the heels of offers extended earlier Monday to 2015 point guard P.J. Dozier and small forward Brandon Ingram.
Kennard (6'5", 180), a consensus 4-star recruit from Franklin, Ohio, is the second 2015 shooting guard to receive an offer, joining 5-star Malik Newman. Kennard is also a coveted football recruit but his higher-level options appear to be on the hardwood as he has also received offers from programs such as Ohio State, Duke, Kentucky, Michigan, and Indiana, among others.
Check out his highlight video below and also watch how he matched up with 2014 UNC commit Justin Jackson during a game in January.
