Improved defense key to Tar Heels success in 2013

Understandably, more attention is paid to Larry Fedora’s high-octane offense at the University of North Carolina than is to the Tar Heels’ defense. In order for the Tar Heels to accomplish their lofty goals in 2013, however, their defense is in need of improvement and all signs point to that happening. One thing UNC has going for them on the defensive side of the ball in 2013 is experience.
