Tar Heels Place 279 On ACC Academic Honor Roll

A total of 279 North Carolina student-athletes have been named to the 2006-07 Atlantic Coast Conference Academic Honor Roll, announced Monday by the ACC. The Tar Heel honorees are among a league-record 2,710 student-athletes recognized from the 12 conference schools. All 28 UNC varsity sports are represented. Seventeen Tar Heels earned spots on the list for the fourth time in their careers. (Tar Heel Blue)
