NC Raise Up: 8% of residents have spun shirt like helicopter

Twelve years ago, Greenville, N.C., rapper Petey Pablo famously positioned North Carolina on the Billboard Hot 100 charts with his song "Raise Up." The song has since become an anthem of sorts at UNC football games, with the Marching Tar Heels playing the chorus of the song after the defense makes a third down stop. (WNCN)
