N.C. State freshman Anthony Barber has injured left foot in a boot

N.C. State freshman point guard Anthony "Cat" Barber's left foot is in a protective boot, according to a since-deleted picture on his Twitter account. Results of an X-ray aren't known yet, but there's a hope and belief that the injury isn't serious. Barber, one of six scholarship players who will be newcomers to the N.C. State lineup in 2013-14, was ranked the No. 26 prospect in the Class of 2013 by ESPN.com. (Fayetteville Observer)
