MTSU's secondary to be tested by uptempo North Carolina
Posted Sep 3, 2013
Middle Tennessee State cornerback Kenneth Gilstrap joked that the secondary’s biggest pitfall was boredom in Thursday’s opening win over Western Carolina. The Blue Raiders expect no such lulls in Saturday’s trip to North Carolina to face the Tar Heels’ uptempo offense. UNC’s offense should look familiar to MTSU fans. Coach Larry Fedora was MTSU’s offensive coordinator in the 2001 season.
