Tailgating Tar Heel Style

North Carolina has struggled throughout the years to establish a centralized tailgating experience for its fan base. Chapel Hill Mayor Mark Kleinschmidt announced the plans at 140 West Plaza with noticeable excitement. (Inside Carolina)
