Player's Parents Speak of Sylvia Hatchell's Impact

Megan Buckland's mom told WFMY that Coach Hatchell uses an expression, "holding the rope". She tells her players to hold the rope for one another during adversity. "We know that she has a battle to face in front of her but each and every one of us whether it's a player, a coach, a supporter of UNC women's basketball, a parent, we all are holding the rope for you Coach Hatchell."
