ACC Football Second-Half Predictions and Midseason Review

Midseason Disappointment: North Carolina: The Tar Heels have faced a difficult schedule (South Carolina, Georgia Tech and Virginia Tech), but this isn’t the same team that finished in a tie atop the Coastal Division. An easier schedule in the second half will allow UNC to make up some ground on the rest of the Coastal. However, the Tar Heels won’t challenge for the division title in 2013.
