Tar Heels need more than just the ability to play with the best


Three of UNC’s first six opponents are now ranked in the top 25. None of the final six opponents are, and the five remaining bowl subdivision opponents are 17-15. Three of those teams — and Old Dominion of the FCS — will play at Kenan Stadium. The rest of the games seem winnable, even if a season-changing opportunity slipped away last week.
