North Carolina continues turnaround in football

A month ago, both North Carolina and Virginia were stuck in neutral. With nearly half the season gone, the two teams had a combined three wins. Saturday's renewal of the South's oldest rivalry was looking like it would feature two teams going nowhere. But the Tar Heels' 45-14 demolition of the Cavaliers underscored the fact that the contrast between the two now is stark.
