PG Seth Allen's return from foot injury offers hope for Maryland


Maryland guard Seth Allen waited out the missed practices, the rehab, the missed games with a not-so-subtle reminder as he recovered from a broken foot. As the Terrapins doddered along during the season’s first six weeks, the sophomore continued to look at his phone.
