Tar Heels Waste Opportunities Against Wake Forest


No. 19 North Carolina failed to capitalize on an impressive rebounding performance against Wake Forest on Sunday by scoring just 17 second-chance points on 24 offensive boards. “We kept hanging around because we were doing a good job rebounding the ball, but we weren’t finishing the plays when we got the offensive rebounds,” Roy Williams told reporters following UNC’s 73-67 loss.
