Posted Jan 14, 2014
Winners of nine of its last 10 games, the UNC women's basketball team is up to No. 9 this week in both national Top 25 polls - Associated Press and USA Today Sports coaches' poll. North Carolina (14-3, 2-1 ACC) picked up a pair of top 20 wins last week to move up fours spots in this week's AP poll. This week's No. 9 ranking is the highest for the program since checking in at No. 8 in January of 2011.
