Folt tells trustees UNC has 'to accept scrutiny'

New chancellor Carol Folt said the University of North Carolina lacked enough oversight of some courses when she spoke to the Board of Trustees Thursday morning. Folt said Carolina offered classes that were not reflective of the standards of the university. She also said there was not enough faculty oversight of some classes. (WNCN)
