1. Julius Peppers, DE, UNC (1999-01): As a two-sport star in Chapel Hill, Peppers was a freshman All-American in 1999 before leading the nation in sacks (15.0) as a sophomore. He capped his junior season as a consensus All-American and by winning Lombardi, Bednarik and Willis Trophy honors. Peppers was the No. 2 overall pick in the 2002 NFL Draft. (Athlon Sports)
