Omaha, fans make CWS special
There can't be many events in all of sports more unique than the College World Series. The clang of those metal bats aside, it's around-the-clock baseball in such a state of purity that you almost expect the players to arrive at Omaha's pristine Rosenblatt Stadium on bicycles with their gloves strapped across the handle bars. If you didn't know better, you'd swear that Norman Rockwell was alive and working tirelessly as the tournament director. (Raleigh News & Observer)
