Struggling UNC women hope to end slide at rival Duke

While the UNC men’s basketball team will carry a five-game winning streak into its matchup with Duke on Wednesday, the Tar Heels’ women’s team is headed in the opposite direction going into Monday’s showdown at No. 5 Duke (7 p.m., ESPN2). After losing just three times in its first 20 games, No. 13 North Carolina will come into Cameron Indoor Stadium on a three-game losing streak. (Durham Herald-Sun)
