Tar Heels make dreams come true for Morganton youth

For many fans of the University of North Carolina Tar Heels, this tumultuous basketball season has been a roller coaster of emotions. But for one student at Liberty Middle School, it’s been overwhelmingly great. Anthony Hernandez is 12 years old and he is, in many ways, just like his friends.
