The men will compete in the Pan American Games on July 25-29 in Brazil, after the women do the same July 20-24. Team trials for the men are set for July 12-14 and include DeMarcus Nelson and Jon Scheyer of Duke, Wayne Ellington of UNC and Brandon Costner of N.C. State. Fifteen women still are being considered for 12 spots to compete in Brazil, a group that includes Erlana Larkins of UNC.
