Niang keeps Cyclones cool as Carolina awaits
Posted Mar 23, 2014
Iowa State marches into today's game against North Carolina (24-9, 13-5 ACC) with a shot at its first Sweet 16 berth since 2000 and has prepared to do so without its key facilitator on offense. In his last five games Georges Niang has scored in bunches, averaging just above 20 points and six rebounds per game. This is including Friday night’s 24 points.
