College Football's Top 15 Wide Receivers on the Rise for 2014

Quinshad Davis, North Carolina: There’s a plethora of talent available at UNC's skill positions in 2014. After catching 61 passes as a freshman in 2012, Davis’ numbers slipped to 48 receptions in 2013. However, he was more productive in the big-play department, averaging 15.2 yards per reception and reaching paydirt 10 times.
