Tar Heel Men's Golf Team Tied For 19th At NCAA Championship


The University of North Carolina men's golf team fired a three-over-par 283 in the second round of the NCAA Championship for a 572 total and is tied for 19th place at Golden Horseshoe's Gold Course here. Stanford leads the field of 30 teams with a seven-under 553 total. Carolina's Martin Ureta and Robert Riesen led the Tar Heels in the second round firing a three-under 67 and a two-under 68 respectively. (Tar Heel Blue)
