When do we question the whistleblower?

Mary Willingham is the whistleblower. Why on Earth wouldn't you believe her? Because she's misrepresented her case in the past. There is going to be an independent review of her work coming out soon, one that has to be peer reviewed like any other academic study, and that review is very likely going to show she used incorrect data to misrepresent the problem.
