UNC Sets Ninth Consecutive Record For Number Of Applicants

UNC received a total of 31,321 first-year applications this admissions cycle, setting a ninth consecutive record. It’s an increase of two percent from last year and an increase of 35 percent compared to five years ago, according to the UNC Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
