My Job Is to Educate, Not to Cheer

When you see me on the sideline or in the stands cheering for my students, understand that I am indeed cheering for students. After the applause subsides and the stadium empties, those students still have papers to write and course materials to study, and my colleagues and I will be there on Monday morning to provide the support those students need to experience a real education.
