Tar Heels Visit East Carolina Tuesday


North Carolina will conclude a four-game road trip when the Tar Heels visit in-state rival East Carolina Tuesday at 6 at Clark-LeClair Stadium. UNC is 23-17 after beating No. 1 Virginia 4-2 on Sunday, while East Carolina is 24-17 after a Monday night loss to Old Dominion.
