Carolina Baseball Set To Host Virginia Tech

North Carolina continues its six-game homestand when the Tar Heels open a weekend series against Virginia Tech Friday at 7 p.m. at Boshamer Stadium. Carolina is 24-18 after beating No. 30 Liberty 3-1 on Wednesday, while Virginia Tech is 18-22-1 and in the midst of a five-game losing streak that includes a home sweep against Duke last weekend.
