Tar Heels Stymie Camels In 5-0 Win

Zac Gallen tossed six scoreless innings and North Carolina beat visiting Campbell 5-0 Tuesday night at Boshamer Stadium. Michael Russell and Skye Bolt had three hits each for the Tar Heels, who were in action for the first time in a week after finishing final exams. Gallen and Trevor Kelley limited the Camels to just six hits as Carolina posted its first shutout win since April 11.
