2016 TE Devante Brooks: UNC is an NFL powerhouse

Class of 2016 Washington D.C. product Devante Brooks picked up an offer from North Carolina this past weekend. The 6-foot-5, 225-pound tight end has 11 offers already and added North Carolina to the list that includes Virginia Tech, Pittsburgh, Maryland, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, and Tennessee.
