The 6-foot-3, 180-pound prospect out of Fayetteville (NC) is ranked as the No. 1 point guard in the 2016 class by 247Sports. Smith said that UNC head coach told him about coming in and playing for him right away. "He (Williams) said I'm a pure point guard. I get my teammates involved and I can score.
