Lansing, Michigan is a long way from home for former Central Davidson and University of North Carolina star Chaz Frank. But in terms of his goals as a professional baseball player, he's right where he needs to be. So, for him, that is a good thing. Frank was drafted in the 20th round in 2013 by the Toronto Blue Jays and assigned to their short-season Class A franchise in Vancouver, Canada.
