He may not be the same player who made the Toronto Raptors relevant for a brief period more than 14 years ago, and jumped over a 7-foot French center in the 2000 Summer Olympics, but Vince Carter may still have a little bit of the “Vin-sanity” that made him popular. “(They’ll be) few and far between, but you may see a few,” Carter said during his introductory press conference at FedExForum this afternoon.
