99 (tie): Ryan Switzer, North Carolina Tar Heels, Wide receiver/returner, Sophomore: He was one of the most electrifying punt returners in the country. Switzer tied an NCAA record and set the ACC record with five punt returns for touchdowns. He became just the second player in NCAA history to do it in three straight games.
