UNC signs three top football recruits to scholarship agreements
Posted Aug 1, 2014
Taking advantage of an NCAA rule that allows colleges to sign high school seniors that plan to enroll in college early, coach Larry Fedora has received scholarship agreements from quarterback Anthony Ratliff, athlete Carl Tucker and running back Ty’son Williams. Ratliff is ranked as the No. 13 dual-threat quarterback in the country. Tucker is the No. 4 ranked tight end in the country and the No. 9 overall player in North Carolina.
