Harry Giles, Team USA strike gold

Wesleyan Christian Academy’s Harry Giles scored 13 points and grabbed six rebounds as the United States defeated Australia 99-92 in the gold medal game of the FIBA Under-17 boys basketball World Championships on Saturday in Dubai. Tournament MVP Malik Newman led the Americans (7-0) with 21 points and 11 rebounds.
Newman was joined on the FIBA U17 World Championship All-Tournament Team by teammate Diamond Stone.
