Keeping all eyes on Liberty in wake of incident

Fortunately for UNC, the suspensions come against a considerably weaker FCS opponent, Liberty. The Flames finished 8-4 last season behind standout seasons from quarterback Josh Woodrum and running back Desmond Rice. But Rice won’t be on the field Saturday after a knee injury suffered in the spring will keep him out of the entire season. Still, Woodrum isn’t to be taken lightly.
