UNC safety commit Jamile Johnson flips to Texas
Posted Sep 16, 2014
The Texas Longhorns have flipped North Carolina defensive back commit Jamile Johnson of South Oak Cliff (Dallas, Tex.). The 6-foot-1, 194-pound safety/cornerback originally committed to Oklahoma last February, before switching to the Tar Heels in mid-August. When the University of Texas offered today, however, the three-star prospect decided he wanted to stay closer to home and made a decision to become a Longhorn.
