Camels outlast the Tar Heels


The No. 2 North Carolina baseball team was undefeated in mid-week non-conference games this year coming into Tuesday. And Campbell, with a dismal 7-31 record, didn't appear a likely candidate to break the streak. But the Fighting Camels defied the odds, records and rankings to win an 11-inning thriller against the Tar Heels (32-7), 7-5. (Daily Tar Heel)
